Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days are usually shipped the same day. However, we cannot always meet this commitment. Occasionally, products may be out of stock, which can cause a slight delay in delivery. Each product page displays an estimated delivery time. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this estimated timeframe, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

All listed prices exclude shipping costs.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:

  • PostNL Home Delivery: €6.95 for orders up to 23 kg

  • PostNL Pickup Points: €5.95 for orders up to 23 kg

  • DHL Home Delivery: €6.95 for orders up to 23 kg

  • DHL Pickup Points: €5.95 for orders up to 23 kg

  • Free shipping on orders above €100

  • Local deliveries in Hilversum are free of charge.

Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany:

  • €9.50 for orders up to 21 kg

  • Free shipping on orders above €100

Deliveries are handled by MyParcel, PostNL and DHL. In general, shipments are delivered the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Pickup Points – How It Works

For shipments to a pickup point, you can select your preferred pickup location immediately after payment on the Order Confirmation Page.

If you do not make a selection at that moment, you will automatically receive an email within 30 minutes with the option to choose a pickup point.

If we have not received your choice before the order is dispatched, we will automatically select the nearest pickup point based on the provided delivery address.

Shipping Packaging

We take great care to ensure that your olive oil is shipped safely. Therefore, we have carefully selected the best and most sustainable packaging materials.

The olive oil bottles are shipped in PostNL-approved wine bottle shipping boxes, ensuring they are well protected during transport.

All empty spaces inside the parcel are filled with Bio Flo-Pak material. This filling material is biodegradable, made from starch, and dissolves in water.
