This premium organic and non-organic olive oil is made from olives picked early in the harvest season, when they are still young and green. As a result, these olive oils contain a much higher level of antioxidants than regular extra virgin olive oil. Because the olives are still unripe, twice as many olives are used for this olive oil, resulting in a mild, grassy flavour – ideal for cold dishes such as salads, as a dip for bread, or as a tasty and healthy gift.

Although you can also use this olive oil for cooking, we recommend choosing our Oro de Genave for preparations at higher temperatures. This way you can make the most of the unique flavour and valuable properties of our early harvest olive oil for cold preparations.
