Characteristics:
- Intense Coupage is an aromatic fruity, very intense and complex extra virgin olive oil, infused with floral citrus scents and subtle notes of hay. Fresh grassy notes and interesting hints of the fig tree enrich the aromas.
- The perfect balance between the fruity base, bitterness and spiciness makes this extra virgin olive oil excellent.
- Production area: Alicante, Comunidad Valenciana.
- Located at an altitude of 429 meters above sea level.
- Made from a selection of olive varieties including Villalonga, Arbequina, Blanqueta, Changlot Real, Picual, Alfafara and Genovesa.
- Harvested with a combination of threshing and manual shaking at the end of warm summer months, late October.
- Extracted using an advanced two-stage continuous system and stored in stainless steel tanks with inert nitrogen to ensure quality.
- Remarkably low acidity of only 0.1°.
