Arte Oleum is a new olive oil from the Sierra de Segura, made from young green organically grown olives grown on a small scale and in-house.
Characteristics:
- Olive oil with a golden green color
- The taste is a full-body oil with a fruity and intense taste and a slightly bitter idiosyncratic taste due to the natural antioxidants
- This olive oil is made from young green organic Picual olives from mountain olive trees, grown without artificial fertilizers or chemical synthetic pesticides.
- This olive oil is cold and mechanically pressed.
- Natural antioxidants, vitamin E and polyphenols provide stability and make this a very healthy olive oil.
Usage:
This organic extra virgin olive oil is recommended for:
- About salads as a dressing.
- Nice to dip bread in.
