Casa Gomez imports olive oil directly from olive oil cooperatives and small-scale producers where olive oil is harvested, pressed, and bottled. This allows us to keep distribution lines short and ensures that we source high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Our largest supplier is Olivar de Segura, where our family brings their own olives to be pressed and of which they are a part. Until the summer of 2023, my father had his own olive trees there, but he then decided to sell them to my family members who still live there. Other family members work in agriculture as well as in the maintenance of the pressing facilities, ensuring that the highest quality olive oil can be produced.
